RM’s power smoothie

Makes 1 quart.

1/4 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
3 slices fresh turmeric
3 1″ slices fresh ginger
1 tsp coconut oil
2/3 c tart cherry juice
10 oz (1 1/4 c) coconut water
3/4 cup packed fresh kale
12 oz bag frozen mango chunks

Puree everything together except mango chunks until liquified. Blend in mango chunks. Enjoy.
