gravy

1/2 cup flour (rice flour is what I use for dshare, the asian kind- i.e, the kind that is in the asian section of h-e-b)
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
3 cups water
Adobo and black pepper to taste
(soy sauce)

Put the flour and nutritional yeast in a saucepan and toast a bit until you can smell it. Whisk in the water until smooth. Cook until it thickens up, whisking occasionally. Add Adobo and pepper to taste, soy sauce if you want to/can.
